Singing fever has taken over the children of Bourne Elsea Park Church of England Primary Academy as they have had several wonderful opportunities to make music over the last couple of weeks. On Thursday 26th September they joined hundreds of other schools around the country in celebrating the BBC Day of Music by taking part in the Get Singing project.
Our burgeoning choir also shared their fabulous talents on Wednesday 2nd October as they had been invited to perform to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Group at their annual Harvest fundraising event the Elsea Park community centre. After putting a smile on the face of the audience by singing a medley of Harvest songs followed by George Ezra’s Shotgun the choir took a few minutes to chat to them before heading back to school. Another fabulous opportunity to enjoy performing whilst spreading the magic of making music together. Well done choir and thank you!
