Sports Day
All children from reception through to year 6 took part in a range of throwing and jumping events in the morning. These included a chest push throw, and hoopla beanbag throw, and standing long jump and javelin and triple jump for the older children.
The sun shone in the afternoon and the whole school were on the field to take part in a range of traditional track events including the egg and spoon, sack race and obstacle races to name a few. It was wonderful to see how much enjoyment the children got from not only taking part but also in cheering on the other children.
