Our Courageous Cross Country Champions!!
On Tuesday 1st November we were immensely proud of the Year 5 and 6 students who represented our school in a cross country competition at Spalding Grammar School. The students showed great motivation, courage and perseverance, running 1500 meters around a muddy field! It was thrilling see all the children show excellent sportsmanship when cheering on their friends as well as clapping and encouraging other schools. Following the race, the children said they found the event very tiring, however completing the race gave them a great sense of achievement and pride and they are all feeling excited and motivated by the prospect of racing again!
Well done team! Everyone at Elsea Park is incredibly proud of your efforts and positive attitudes.
