        Office Manager/Senior Administrator

        Term Time plus 2 weeks/All Year Round

        (negotiable depending on the successful candidate)

        Salary Range SCP 15 – 19

        (FTE £23,541 – £25,481)



        Bourne Elsea Park, part of Abbey Academies Trust, is one form entry Church Academy situated in South Lincolnshire.  Our vision for each child is that they will work towards their personal best, in a caring and nurturing atmosphere, which reflects the Christian values of our Academy Trust.  The other schools in our Trust are Bourne Abbey C of E Primary Academy and Colsterworth C of E Primary School.



        The Trustees are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and highly motivated professional to the post of Office Manager/Senior Administrator. The position will initially be based at Bourne Elsea Park C of E Primary Academy; however you may be required to work across the Trust.

        The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who is proactive and highly organised in their work. For this post, excellent inter-personal skills are essential with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively including supporting others within the team. The ideal candidate will be expected to organise and supervise the administrative systems within the school and contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of support services.

        The successful candidate will:

        • Be expected to demonstrate flexibility
        • Have excellent communication skills
        • Be creative and able to problem solve
        • Be able to plan for and implement new initiatives
        • Have proven skills at managing systems
        • Have experience of managing the Single Central Record
        • Be experienced in school administration and resource management
        • Have effective time management skills
        • Have a passion for working with children
