An Adventure to Remember!
This week, Year 4 embarked on an adventure many of them had never previously even dreamed of. They headed off to Caythorpe for a 3 day adrenalin extravaganza. During this time, they developed their resilience, their confidence and their teamwork skills. They embodied the Christian Values of courage, friendship, perseverance, determination and humility, and they demonstrated just how much they have learnt about our Character Traits of self-belief, integrity and motivation. In summary, they tackled obstacles, overcame fears and achieved things that seemed impossible.
Although Miss Ockwell, Mr Whiteway and Mrs Clarke came home shadows of their former selves, they simply have not stopped singing the praises of these remarkable little humans and they wish they could go back and do it all over again… we think.
