The theme for this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week was EXPRESS YOURSELF. EXPRESS YOURSELF is about finding ways for children to share their thoughts, feelings and ideas through creativity. Although art, music, writing, poetry, dance, drama, photography and film were the focus, any activities that make our young people feel good were included.
