Reading Café Delight: Year 5 Parents Join the Fun!
On Thursday the 2nd of May, our school library transformed into a cosy haven as we welcomed Year 5 parents to our Cosy Reading Café event. Parents, carers and children chose from a wonderful array of books and enjoyed a delightful afternoon of shared reading. It was heartwarming to see both parents and children engrossed in their books, snuggling together on the comfy seats.
One Year 5 pupil shared, “It was lovely to be able to show my adult our wonderful library and to share my favourite book during school time. I hope we can do it again!”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the parents who attended and made this event memorable. We look forward to welcoming you back to our Cosy Reading Café soon!
