On Tuesday 1st February, our two Reception classes had a fantastic time learning all about Chinese New. They learnt about some of the popular celebrations and traditions and they shared the Chinese Zodiac story. But the highlight for many was cooking the much-loved Chinese spring rolls. Luckily, they made enough to share with the teachers who had spent the morning lurking outside the kitchen, desperately trying to steal any that had the misfortune of rolling off the baking trays!
